This policy explains how Toba Partners handles personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
When you contact us, we receive your name, work email, company, and message. Hosting services also process technical data, such as IP addresses and request logs. If you accept analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics process usage data.
Why we collect it
We use your contact details for one purpose: replying to your enquiry. Our legal basis for that is legitimate interest — responding to someone who has asked to hear from us. Where we use analytics (below), our legal basis is your consent, which you give or withhold separately.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is sent to hello@tobapartners.com and retained in our email systems.
Processors we use
Three companies process data on our behalf, each for a distinct purpose:
- ZeptoMail (Zoho Corporation) processes enquiry emails for delivery. Its processing and retention are subject to our service configuration and agreement.
- Vercel hosts this site and processes standard server logs as part of doing so.
- Microsoft Clarity provides usage analytics and session replay — recordings of how visitors move through the site — but only after you accept analytics below. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
- Google LLC, through Google Analytics 4, measures usage — which pages are viewed and how — using cookies such as
_ga. This is a different, narrower kind of tracking than Clarity's session replay, and like Clarity it only runs after you accept analytics below. See Google's privacy policy.
Clarity and Google Analytics can each be declined, and withdrawn again later, at any time — see the cookies section below.
Cookies and analytics
Optional analytics should load only after your consent. You can reject analytics and continue using the site, or revisit your choice through Analytics preferences. Necessary storage may remember your choice or support site operation.
You haven't made a choice yet — analytics stay off until you do.
Data retention
We may retain your personal data for up to five years.
No marketing, profiling, or selling
We use enquiry details to respond to your request, not to send unsolicited marketing. Optional analytics are described separately above.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your data, object to processing, and request portability. You may withdraw analytics consent and raise a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority.
